Hardness of the heart treatment

Question:

If a man has hardness in his heart.. then what are the things that would soften the hardness of the heart?

Response:

There is nothing better and nothing more of a must than the Quran Al Karim. It is the Quran that softens the hearts, Allah says "Those who have believed and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured." Therefore what softens the hearts is the Quran the one whom if Allah sent down "upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and coming apart from fear of Allah" And also the gatherings of the righteous people and listening to the Quran and listening to lectures and reminders that is from what softens the heart.
